An extremely well presented ground floor two bedroom apartment in the heart of the naturist area in Vera Playa with an arabic style. The apartment and complex has green areas as well as a terrace.

On entering the spacious open plan apartment is a tastefully decorated lounge there is a sofa and armchair, pouffes and coffee table. The dining area has a table and chairs for enjoying your meals indoors. The kitchen is fully equipped with a funky modern fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, electric hob and table top mini oven, two coffee machines being a percolater style and french cafetiere.

The apartment has fibre internet and a wall mounted SMART TV including spanish terrestrial TV channels.

The spacious mirrored wall bathroom has a bath with shower above, A full length mirror also in the hallway of Arabic style.

There are two bedrooms, the main bedroom has a king size bed 150cm, large built in wardrobes and bedside tables with lamps, there is access to a patio area directly from this bedroom where there are two sunbeds with cushions for your comfort. The second bedroom has twin beds again with built in wardobes and a dressing table and chair.

The front terrace is equipped with a table and four chairs and large parasol. There is also grassed area belonging to the apartment. A hosepipe is available to give the plants a drink during your stay!

The lounge and both bedrooms have new air conditioning units installed. and all windows have mosquito nets fitted.

There is a large communal swimming pool on the complex. and garden area. The urbanisation is just a 2 minute walk to the beach and bars and restaurants. A perfect spot in the naturist area of Vera Playa.
