A great sized 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa with private pool and stunning views of the Sierra Cabrera mountains and Mojacar village located in the popular area Agua Nueva close to Turre village.

The single storey villa comprises of a large lounge with two large sofas and coffee table to relax and take in the views from the triple patio sliding doors that lead onto a covered wrap around terrace with table and chairs for al fresco dining. There is a further outdoor sofa set for relaxing.

The 8 x 5 m pool is very inviting for swimming or just a cool off dip. To the side of the pool is a further large terrace with table, chairs, parasol and sunbeds and a built in charcoal barbeque giving you the option for outdoor cooking.

Returning inside the house there is a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, oven, hob and microwave and drop-leaf table which attaches with one of the same in the lounge for indoor dining if required. The lounge also has a small desk for those needing a work space.

Off the hallway there is a double bedroom with 150cm bed, built in wardrobes and pool view. Right at the side is a good sized bathroom with shower over bath.

The other side of the hallway has a further double bedroom with 160cm bed and built in wardrobes and a twin bedroom with built in wardrobes. A further bathroom with walk in shower is situated between these two bedrooms located on the front of the property.

The garden area is well kept and tastefully planted, there are also gates than can be closed to ensure security for well behaved pets and small children to ensure no exit from the property or access to the pool area.

Street parking in this quiet cul-de-sac and benefits from a very large roof solarium with wow factor views of the surrounding area.
