On entering the property into the hallway there is a ground floor shower room and entrance to the downstairs double garage.

Leading off the hallway are double doors leading into the large living/dining area which is very comfortably furnished with log burner for those cooler winter evenings. Patio doors open out onto the large south facing terrace with private pool, outside dining and BBQ.

There is a separate fully fitted and equiped kitchen with with small kitchen table fridge/freezer, oven, hob, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave.

At the rear of the house is a double bedroom with fitted wardrobes and full ensuite bathroom with bath and overhead shower.

On the first floor there are two further double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes. These are serviced by a separate family bathroom with bath and overhead shower.

On this floor there are large terraces on both sides of the property, one of which leads up onto the roof terrace with its panoramic views of the sea and mountains.

There is warm and cool airconditioning in the living area and all bedrooms.

Free WiFi is included in all weekly rentals. English and Spanish TV are available.
