The building of EmyCanarias Holiday Homes, has got seven large fully equipped apartments all with one or two bedrooms. Each adaptable for various types of stays. EmyCanarias apartments have a main lift and stair access. Air conditioning and heating is available in each room. Here you can enjoy a comfortable and pleasant stay. Make your reservation with total confidence. Among all the apartments available, for sure there is a perfect one for you. The Holiday Homes are central and within a short walk to anywhere in the city. Vecindario is located on the southeast coast of Gran Canaria and is part of the municipality of Santa Lucía de Tirajana.
Spanish, English and German are the principal languages spoken by our staff. We hope to see you soon in our apartments and enjoying your vacation.

Extra beds:

• From three years; Extra bed for twenty euros per person and night and is subject to availability.
• Supplements for extra beds are not included in the price and must be paid separately upon arrival at Holiday Homes. The maximum price of extra beds is one per stay.

• Cots and extra beds are subject to availability and must be confirmed with the establishment in advance.

The location is ideal for spending a few days getting to know Gran Canaria. The apartments are located in the heart of Vecindario and is close to supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, shops, shopping centers, entertainment venues, cinemas, La Zafra museum, the Víctor Jara theatre, the exhibition hall, the central library, the sports hall , the football stadium, gyms, the indoor municipal olympic swimmingpool, banks, ATMs, hospitals, pharmacies, dental and ophthalmological clinics, opticians, hearing centers, municipal playgrounds. There are also different spas and health centres which we would be delighted to explain where they are. For us it is very important that you feel at home and for this we give all the necessary information so that you do not miss out on anything in order to make your holiday wonderful.
We are:
• 15 min from the airport of Gran Canaria by car or taxi.
• 10 min from the nearest local beach by car or taxi.
• 20 min from the most touristic beaches of Playa del Ingles and Maspalomas.
• 20 min from the city of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria by car o taxi.

To consider:

• Check-in after 00:00 incurrs a supplement of 20 euros per accommodation.
• After booking, the property will send an email with the instructions for checking in on arrival. Please have your DNI or Passport available.
• Cleaning service is provided 4 times per week.
• Bed linen is changed once a week.
• The air conditioning and heating is available upon request for an additional fee of ten euros per night which must be paid upon arrival.
• May we suggest that you indicate your flight number and ETA.
• The full amount should be paid when checking in or before.
• Access of registered guests only is permitted.
• Guests must show a valid ID and credit card upon check-in.
• We accept special requests, however they are subject to availability and may carry a supplementary cost.
