Villa Casablanca, a fantastic 5-bedroom villa with Wi-Fi, heated pool, jacuzzi, and barbecue, located in Portimão. This property is equipped with everything you might need for your holiday.

Upon entering the villa, on the right, is the first bedroom with two single beds and air conditioning. On the left side, there is the last bedroom on this floor, with a double bed, air conditioning, and access to the property gate. Between the bedrooms, there is a bathroom with a shower cabin. Before the living room, there is a pantry with an ironing board, iron, and shelves.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a combined fridge, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, oven, vitroceramic hob, and coffee machine, as well as a washing machine. The dining room, next to the living room, has a large table with chairs and a sofa, both with a view of the exterior and the pool. The living area has direct access to the outside.

On the first floor, after climbing the stairs, you will find the other 3 bedrooms, a bathroom, and a terrace. The master bedroom has a double bed, wardrobes, and a bathroom with a bathtub. Opposite the stairs, there is a bedroom with bunk beds, air conditioning, and a wardrobe. On the right, there is the last bedroom with two single beds, air conditioning, and a wardrobe.

Outside, the villa has a barbecue area with utensils, table, and chairs for outdoor meals, and a hammock to relax. In front, there is a perfect garden for sunbathing on loungers. The pool can be heated (optional extra), as well as the jacuzzi. The property has a private parking for 1 car.

Renting a car is not necessary, but if you'd like to, we’re happy to assist with booking upon request. We can also help arrange transfers if needed.

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.

Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.

The changeover day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).

Group deposit: €200 per person (payment by credit/debit card). There are some restrictions for group bookings.

Prices for up to 10 people.
The 11th and 12th person, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds (only €91 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (infants/toddlers), a cot (only €21 each, per week).

In accordance with current legislation, tourist taxes may apply.
