Villa California is an impressive contemporary holiday villa, affording a prime location in Corcovada, only a short walk away from a wide range of renowned restaurants, 2 km from some of the Algarve's most beautiful sandy beaches and a short drive from an excellent golf course, as well as several other amenities. This stunning and spacious 7-bedroom villa sleeps 14+4 guests. There are 2 bedrooms on the first floor (1 double and 1 twin bedroom – both with en-suite bathrooms) and a marvellous balcony where you can enjoy a cold drink and sea views. On the ground floor are 2 twin bedrooms one with en-suite bathroom, and 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom are located on the lower floor.

A wonderful games room is also on the lower floor with a lounge area, table football and pool table.

The kitchen is fully equipped for home cooking with an electric hob, microwave, oven, toaster, refrigerator, kettle, washing machine and dishwasher. A spacious lounge/dining room with 2 sofas, TV and a Playstation, opens out onto an amazing terrace with a view to the swimming pool.

Air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms and lounge are included, along with free Wi-Fi.

Outside the property is completely walled and fenced, with a large south-facing swimming pool (heatable as an optional extra) with a garden, patio and a brick barbecue area, ideal for preparing meals to be enjoyed alfresco. There is plenty of space to relax and lounge around the pool or for children to play.

This fantastic villa is ideal for couples or families and is a 5-minute drive from the beautiful golden sandy beaches of Santa Eulália, Maria Luísa and Oura. Right next door to Villa California is its sister villa, Villa Florida.

The villa has easy access to Albufeira center, the Strip, Praia D’Oura and Olhos de Água, and a good choice of excellent beaches, shops, eateries, watersports and places to visit are also within easy reach.

Renting a car is not necessary, but if you'd like to, we’re happy to assist with booking upon request. We can also help arrange transfers if needed.

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.

Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.

The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).

Group deposit: €200 per person (payment by credit/debit card).

Prices for up to 14 people.
From the 15th to the 20th person, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds (only €126 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (infants/toddlers), a cot (only €21 each, per week).
