The apartment has an open-plan living area with dining area and kitchen open onto the sunny furnished terrace, which is east-facing with sea views and the sunrise. Also on this East wing is the cinema room; a custom-built “movie bed” (280x200cm), with projector and setup for DVD/Netflix. A children’s bedroom across the way has bunkbeds up (one 90x200cm beds) - down there is a double bedroom with 150x200cm bed.

El Born is known for its winding, narrow streets, designer boutiques, and restaurants with a cosmopolitan vibe. Cross the street towards Eixampl, and within a few minutes, you will be in the heart of luxury shopping in Passeig de Gracia. The peaceful Parc de la Ciutadella is also within walking distance, where you can enjoy the Gaudí fountains, the boating lake, and even the zoo! Or simply take a picnic and enjoy this, Barcelona’s favourite downtown park.
