Villa Vista Mare is the perfect retreat for an unforgettable holiday in the Algarve, boasting a prime location just a 6-minute drive from Salgados Beach. With breathtaking sea views and spacious interiors, this villa offers the ideal balance of comfort, privacy, and leisure.
On the ground floor, the property features a spacious dining room and a cozy living room, both with stunning sea views, as well as a fully equipped kitchen. Three en-suite bedrooms with twin beds (convertible into a double) provide flexibility and comfort for all guests.
The upper floor consists of three en-suite bedrooms with double beds, all offering spectacular sea views, ensuring a peaceful and relaxing stay.
The outdoor area is a true paradise, featuring a private pool overlooking the ocean, an outdoor dining area, and a barbecue—perfect for enjoying al fresco meals with family and friends.
Guests also have access to the shared amenities within the development, including a communal pool and a tennis court. Public parking is available nearby.

Renting a car is not necessary, but if you'd like to, we’re happy to assist with booking upon request. We can also help arrange transfers if needed.
If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.
The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).
Group deposit: €200 per person (payment by credit/debit card).
Prices for up to 12 people.
From the 13th to the 16th person, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds (only €126 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (infants/toddlers), a cot (only €21 each, per week).
In accordance with current legislation, tourist taxes may apply.
