Apartment Attico is situated in Edificio Cardenio, on Ayamonte marina front on the top floor so boasts spectacular views of the marina and Portugal. Edificio Cardenio has its own private entrance with lift access to all floors.
The garage entrance is operated by mando opening door and on Avenida Vila Real de San Antonio. The entrance to the edificio is next to the Notary on Calle Enrique de Villegas Velez, antes Calle Medico Rey Garcia.
Facing south it’s a lovely warm and bright apartment and has a long sun terrace with furniture and sunbeds.
This apartment also has private parking in the basement and in ludes in the rental charge which is invaluable during the busy months as the town is thriving and bustling with people.
Premier Property are the managing agents situated in Ayamonte, infront of the townhall and they will meet you with keys on your arrival date and introduce you to the apartment. They will also be your point of contact during your stay.

Catch the ferry from Ayamonte across to Vila Real do San Antonio, Portugal and discover this town with markets and quality shops and fine dining restaurants. Take the pretty train journey to the coastline towns and Faro to see the old town or large shopping centre.
Ayamonte has a bus station with coach services at reasonable prices
Seville is only 1 hour away by car and the most beautiful city filled with culture, royal parks and cathedrals.
Many local golf courses are available, Costa Esuri, Canela and across the border in Portugal.
There are spectacular beaches only 5 -10 minutes away with options to hire jet skis and catamarans.
