Located in the prestigious Vale do Olival development, in Armação de Pêra, Villa Catalina is a modern and spacious house designed to provide comfort, leisure, and unforgettable moments.

On the ground floor, there is a suite with a double bed and a private bathroom with a shower base. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped, including a coffee machine, and features a central island with eight high chairs. The cosy living room, with three sofas and cable TV, offers the ideal environment to relax after a day in the sun.

On the first floor, there are three suites: one with a double bed, closet, and private bathroom; another with a double bed and private bathroom; and a third with two single beds and a private bathroom.

The exterior of Villa Catalina stands out for its solar-heated pool, perfect for any time of the year. The leisure area includes sun loungers, a gas barbecue, and a dining table with eight chairs. There is also a pergola with three sofas for moments of rest. For entertainment, the villa has a ping pong table and a games room in the basement, with a snooker table.

The house has specific sockets for the safe charging of electric cars. Unlocking can be requested for consumption calculation.

Renting a car is not necessary, but if you'd like to, we’re happy to assist with booking upon request. We can also help arrange transfers if needed.

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.

Note about the heated pool: During winter, the solar panel-powered heating system may not be as efficient due to reduced sunlight and lower temperatures.

The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).

Group deposit: €300 per person (payment by credit/debit card). There are some restrictions for group bookings.

Prices for up to 8 people.
From the 9th to the 12th person, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds (only €154 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (infants/toddlers), a cot (only €21 each, per week).

In accordance with current legislation, tourist taxes may apply.
