Villa Azzurra is a charming two-story villa located in the tranquil urbanization of Sesmarias in Albufeira. This property is ideal for families or groups of friends seeking a relaxing retreat in the Algarve, featuring an excellent private pool, spacious outdoor areas, and all the amenities necessary for a comfortable stay.

On the ground floor, the villa offers a spacious and well-equipped kitchen. The cozy living room is perfect for unwinding after a day in the sun, while the spacious dining area provides direct access to the outdoor spaces. This floor also includes an en-suite bedroom and a guest WC with a shower.

On the first floor, Villa Azzurra boasts an en-suite bedroom with a double bed, a second bedroom with two single beds, and a bathroom with a bathtub, along with an incredible terrace.

All bedrooms in the villa are equipped with air conditioning, ensuring ideal comfort throughout the year. Outside, guests can enjoy a ping-pong table for fun moments, as well as a spacious outdoor area that includes a barbecue area and a fantastic private pool, perfect for soaking up the Algarve sun.

Pets are not allowed at Villa Azzurra. The property comfortably accommodates up to 8 people (6+2).

The changeover day for this property is Thursday.
If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not align with the property’s changeover day, please contact us before making a reservation so we can confirm if your dates can be accommodated.

Timings and Rules

Check-in time: Thursday from 16:00 to 00:00
Check-out time: 10:00
The minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (there may be flexibility during the low season)
Group security deposit: €150 per person (payment by credit/debit card)
A booking, insurance, and filing fee of 2.9% will be applied to the total amount of all payments: booking amounts (deposit and final balance), security deposit, transfer, extras, and excursions.

Pricing

Prices are for up to 6 people.
For the 7th and 8th guests, an additional fee will be charged, which includes an extra bed (€105 each, per week). For young children (infants/toddlers), a crib is available for €21 each, per week.

The administrative fee for date changes is €150.
