A charming, modern apartment located, just a few steps to one of the more popular beaches in the area!
The apartment is bright and airy and has been furnished to a high standard. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, 1 double and 1 twin room. The twin room can be made up as twin beds or a double. There are two bathrooms, one of which is the master en-suite with walk in shower and a further family bathroom with a bath/shower.
The lounge leads out on to its own spacious terrace complete with astro turf, and side sea views. There is a table and chairs for alfresco dining and there as well as sun loungers for catching some rays.
The full kitchen comes complete with a washing machine, dish washer and coffee machine and there is also air con, WIFI and an underground parking space available.
This property is also available for longer stays in the winter for €1150 per month plus bills.
