A beautiful two story townhouse with beautiful panoramic views from both levels, across the mountains and countryside and as far as the Mediterranean Sea.

Enter through the main gate to a well positioned and great size terrace with dining table, a great alfresco dining area. There is an awning giving shade from the midday sun.

From here enter into the house to the open plan lounge dining room and kitchen. Large windows letting light flood through the rooms, and many typical Moorish features including the fire place and arch ways.

The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped, with the washing machine and cleaning items in an outdoor utility room giving . The twin room, with two single beds, is on the ground floor level with ensuite bathroom. Head up the staircase to the first floor where the main double bedroom is with ensuite and to the opposite side a further terrace roof terrace with plenty of space for soaking up the sun.

The property has access to a community pool, just a few mins walk away.

Located in the Sierra Cabrera area, this is a great getaway for those looking for a relaxed, tranquil holiday but yet just a short 25 mins drive to the beach where a wide variety of bars, restaurants and shops can be found.
