This beautifully decorated two bed 1.5 bathroom townhouse is located at the bottom of the old town of Mojacar, known as the Pueblo where you find yourself in walking distance of numerous bars and restaurants, shops, and a church or you can visit the playa with its golden sand beaches.

The property is split over two levels accessed by a marble staircase as you enter. On the first floor, you will find a guest bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen an open-plan dining room, and a lounge with patio doors that leads out onto the sunny terrace with table and chairs and a parasol.

The second floor comprises a bathroom with an over-shower bath, toilet, and bidet. There are two bedrooms, a double and two singles both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and patio doors that lead out on a spacious terrace with rattan-style furniture at one end and a unique bar at the other end where you can relax, and enjoy the stunning mountain views.

There is air conditioning throughout and private garage parking for one car.
