Magnífico apartamento dúplex, confortablemente amueblado.
El piso está situado en primera línea de mar. Desde el residencial hay acceso directo al paseo marítimo y a la playa.
El piso tiene 3 dormitorios, 2 baños, 3 terrazas (dos con impresionantes vistas al mar y Gibraltar).
El piso tiene wifi gratuito, aire acondicionado, Smart TV, ropa de cama y toallas.
Hay una plaza de aparcamiento en la comunidad cerrada, un jardín tropical bien cuidado y dos piscinas con tumbonas.

El entorno

Bahía de Casares (entre Estepona y Gibraltar).
El dúplex está situado en una zona tranquila, con acceso directo a la playa, a 5 minutos de tiendas y numerosos restaurantes. El primer restaurante de la playa está a 300 m.
El piso está situado en una comunidad cerrada con :
- 2 piscinas exteriores,
- bonito jardín tropical
- aparcamiento privado.
Desafortunadamente, la comunidad no acepta mascotas.
Aeropuertos: Gibraltar (30 min), Malaga (1 hora)

Actividades y atracciones

Apartment is located on the beachfront and overlooking the sea. In the Costa del Sol. Exclusive and very quiet urbanization, with two large swimming pools, umbrellas, sun loungers and gardens with spectacular views of the sea and the entire coast of Estepona. Pools closed from October to April.
Very close to Puerto de la Duquesa and Puerto de Estepona, both five minutes away by car and where you will find several restaurants and tapas bars to enjoy local and international cuisine, also places of entertainment, including golf courses being one of them is Finca Cortesín, a 5 star golf and spa resort, that has hosted numerous high-profile events including the Volvo World Match Play Championship .

The superb location and orientation of the apartment, as well the area and surroundings will make you enjoy and have an unforgettable stay.

GOLF:
The Costa del Sol is also well-known as the 'Costa del Golf'. During the whole year golfers of all the world –from beginners to professionals - enjoy the sunny days on Europe’s most numerous selection of golf courses: more than 50 Greens! Right in front of the house is the new golf course “Doña Julia” (18-holes), and just a swing away the club 'La Duquesa Golf', right next to the sport harbor crossing the main street you reach “La Finca de Cortesín”, a 5 star golf and spa resort, that has hosted numerous high-profile events including the Volvo World Match Play Championship on three occasions. Besides the high concentration of golf courses in Marbella and Estepona you can also visit Spain’s most famous golf course “Valderrama“ which is located 20 minutes away (by car) towards Gibraltar. Venue of the legendary Ryder- Cup in 1997.

*10 min. drive to famous sports harbor "Sotogrande" (classy Sunday morning flea market).
*20 min. drive to the White Village of Casares (must-see); cradle of the Andalusian identity founder Blas Infante and symbol of 'The White Villages of Andalusia”.
*25 min. drive to Marbella, gorgeous old city, famous sport harbour of Puerto Banús (luxury shopping and high class restaurants and night life),
