As its name suggests, the villa is thoughtfully appointed with clean-lined furniture and modern art. Open the sliding glass walls to let the breeze flow through the open-concept living and dining areas, where a nearly all-white color scheme is broken by colorful, edgy artwork. The fully equipped kitchen is tucked just on the other side of a wall.
Each of the villa’s five bedrooms has a queen bed and en-suite bathroom, and many have mountain views or enjoy access to a shared terrace. Four of the bedrooms are on the upper level and one of the bedrooms is on the main level, giving couples a bit of honeymoon-style privacy in their accommodations.
Villa Minimal is just a short drive from Golf Ibiza and three popular beaches, making it easy to spend a day on the fairways or by the shore. It’s an easy trip to the laid-back coastal town of Santa Eularia des Riu, where you can take in a little culture in its historic neighborhood to go with your sun and sand. But it’s also well worth driving into the center of it all: Ibiza Town.

Actividades y atracciones

This is a remote spot, surrounded by woods and hardly visited. The sand is coarse and the sea floor is rather rocky. But if what you look for is peace, this is your place. There is no beach-bar and the nearest populated area is the development at Roca Llisa. You can also bathe at the neighbouring Cala d’Espart, a rocky area with a number of fishing huts. The film maker Roman Polanski has a house adjoining this latter cove.
