Only a couple of minutes’ drive away from the best golden beaches and walking distance to all amenities, this charming 3-bedroom villa is an excellent choice for families or groups of friends looking to discover the Algarve and take in the sun.

On the first floor of the property is the master bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom, and a wonderful terrace facing the soothing views of the surrounding fields.
The remaining 2 bedrooms (both with 2 single beds) are located on the ground floor, along with a bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, sink, and dining table.

The living / dining room is cosy and comfortable and looks out onto the terrace by the swimming pool (heatable as an optional extra).

The villa has a wonderfully spacious garden with the swimming pool as the focal point and plenty of sun loungers placed around to enjoy the sunshine, as well as an outdoor games area (table football and snooker table) providing entertainment for the whole group. A traditional barbeque and outdoor dining area are available to prepare meals to be enjoyed together al fresco.

Free wi-fi is provided, as well as a TV and DVD player and air-conditioning (cooling and heating) in all bedrooms. Parking facilities on the driveway are available for several cars.

The temperature of the water when the pool heating is activated will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than if there was no pool heating.

The changeover day for this property is on Thursday.

Villa Ushuaia is about a 20-minute walk to the nearby beach town of Galé where you’ll find a variety of restaurants, bars and supermarkets. Galé beach is a 5-minute drive away. Albufeira is about an 8-minute drive away where you’ll find the historic Albufeira Old Town and Albufeira Strip with all the best bars and nightlife in town.
