Excelente casa 4 habitaciones situada en la Urbanización de la audiencia con piscina privada cerca de la Playa Verde en el Sotavento Algarvio. Esta casa esta a 15 km de Tavira y 8 kilómetros de Vila Real de Santo António entre pinares y cerca de todos los servicios La casa está a 3 minutos de distancia 150 metros de la fabulosa playa. La playa tiene 2 restaurantes y uno café bar. La casa esta a unos minutos (en coche) de 5 fabulosos campos de golf. Tres habitaciones en el primero piso bien amueblado con armarios altos y cajones, una grande cómoda. La habitación principal tiene uno cuarto de baño privado, otra habitación orientada hacia adelante de la casa con balcón tiene dos camas individuales. Otro cuarto es orientado a la reserva natural hasta el mar. La planta baja tiene una cama doble y un sofá cama. Todos los cuartos de baño bien equipados con bañera o ducha, sanita y bidé, equipo en mármol e espejo de baño. La casa es acessible a personas con silla de reudas.

Usted tiene la oportunidad de caminar a lo loargo de 3 playas (Praia Verde-Praia de Cabeço-Praia de Monte Gordo, las 3 juntas, una al lado de otra). Tambien la playa de Alagoa/Altura y la playa de Manta Rota, estas 2 playas está 5 minutos de la casa. Hay una panadería con pan fresco y comida. Hay varios super mercados a 5 km de la casa y centros comerciales (con cinema) a 20 km de casa. La casa estai perto de la frontera con España (pierto de Ayamonte y 130km de Sevilla). La casa esta a 10km de la A49.

You will discover this beautiful region surrounded by the most beautiful beaches of the Algarve such as Praia Verde, Praia do Cabeço, praia Monte Gordo ... all close to each other. you will also discover the unmissable typical village of Cacela Velha within 10 minutes by car: a village remained authentic with its white houses, its cobbled streets and breathtaking views of the ocean. This site is worth the detour! Large free car parks are at the entrance of the village. Do not miss a trip to the historic city of Tavira, about 15 to 20 minutes by car, with its oriental charm, its so-called "scissor" roofs that stand out in the sky in a special way.

The beautiful Ria Formosa!: The Ria Formosa in the Algarve is a beautiful labyrinth of lagoons separated from the sea by a coastal dune system which is broken up by various natural inlets. It is one of the most important nature reserves in the network of wetlands that links Europe and sub-Saharan Africa. The Ria has an enormous variety of natural habitats that provide refuge, feeding and breeding areas for an infinite number of flora and fauna and is a haven for birds.

The beaches of the isles of Faro, Barreta, Culatra, Armona and Tavira form a natural barrier to the Ocean. Behind are the dunes, sometimes just a narrow strip and sometimes wider and then come the labyrinth of lagoons and small sand islands and channels. At low tide other salty habitats are uncovered forming marches and salt marshes.
