Sunny and Cozy apartment with AC and two elevators, close to the Subway and Railroad, 25 minutes from the Old Town and the beaches.
It is also very quiet, close to the beautiful Baron´s Tower, and surrounded by walking areas and forest, making it perfect for your stay in BCN. Whether you´re working remotely or visiting the city, it has everything you need for a confortable stay. Towels, a washing machine, kitchen and dining utensils, hairdryer, and iron are included.
Services and common areas: The apartment has a kitchen for preparing a delicious dinner. The living room has two sofas and a dining table, with AC. Besides, there are beautiful views from the spacious balcony. There is also a bathroom with a shower, and a laundrly room.
I live in the apartment but respect the privacy of my guests.

It is located 3 minutes from the train and bus stop, 8 minutes from the subway, and 18 minutes from downtown and beaches.
