Welcome to Villa Thai, a modern and elegant retreat in Albufeira, ideal for up to 10 guests and perfectly located in a quiet area just minutes from stunning beaches, restaurants, nightlife, and entertainment. With its stylish design and comfortable setup, Villa Thai provides the perfect setting for a relaxing and memorable holiday in the Algarve.

On the ground floor, guests are greeted by a spacious hall with a cozy sitting area, followed by an open-plan living and dining room. The modern kitchen is fully equipped to meet all culinary needs. This floor also features two double en-suite bedrooms, one of which is adapted for guests with reduced mobility.

On the upper floor, the villa offers one twin bedroom and one double bedroom, as well as a comfortable lounge area with a balcony and sea views — ideal for unwinding and appreciating the natural surroundings. The upstairs lounge includes a sofa bed (suitable for 2 additional guests), a TV, and some games for entertainment. There is also a refrigerator and a convenient kitchenette for added comfort.

The outdoor area is a true invitation to enjoy the Algarve’s sunny days. The heated pool is surrounded by lounge sofas, creating the perfect space to relax and enjoy a sunset cocktail. For outdoor dining, there is a covered barbecue area with a dining table, as well as a convenient poolside bathroom with a shower. The property also provides two private parking spaces, ensuring safety and convenience for guests.

The changeover day for this property is Saturday.
If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not align with the property’s changeover day, please contact us before making a reservation so we can confirm if your dates can be accommodated.

Timings and Rules

Check-in time: Saturday from 16:00 to 00:00
Check-out time: 10:00
The minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (there may be flexibility during the low season)
Group security deposit: €200 per person (payment by credit/debit card)
A booking, insurance, and filing fee of 2.9% will be applied to the total amount of all payments: booking amounts (deposit and final balance), security deposit, transfer, extras, and excursions.

Pricing

Prices are for up to 8 people.
The 9th and 10th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes an extra bed (€126 each, per week). For young children (infants/toddlers), a crib is available for €21 each, per week.

The administrative fee for date changes is €150.
