El apartamento tiene una ubicacion excelente, es cómodo y acogedor,a pesar de lo pequeño que es (es para tres personas, no para cuatro, que eramos nosotros), sin embargo,si volvemos a ir a esta maravillosa ciudad, posiblemente lo volveríamos a alquilar.

El apartamento está en perfecto estado, muy cómodo y muy bien equipado. Es perfecto para unas vacaciones en pareja o en familia. El trato recibido es amable y cordial. Su situación es realmente buena. Bien comunicado. Su proximidad a los servicios públicos de transporte hace que rápidamente se tenga acceso a los puntos de interés de la ciudad. Recomendable.

Todo ha sido fantástico! Hemos estado 8 días en este apartamento y desde el primer momento nos hemos encontrado como en casa. Estaba todo perfecto, muy limpio y acogedor. Cuando llegamos a Lisboa todavía no era la hora de poder entrar al apartamento, y Rui no tuvo ningún inconveniente en quedar con nosotros más pronto, para que por lo menos, pudiéramos dejar las maletas en el apartamento y no tuviéramos que ir cargados con ellas hasta la hora de la entrada. Nos recibió con una maravillosa sonrisa y nos explicó algunos detalles sobre sitios interesantes para visitar, que aceptamos de buen grado. El apartamento está justo en el centro, por lo que puedes ir andando a cualquier sitio, y también están cerca los diferentes medios de transporte. Al ir con niños nos aconsejó que fuésemos al Oceanario, y realmente lo disfrutaron mucho. También ha sido muy curioso coger los diferentes tranvías, metros, trenes (ellos lo llaman comboi), pero sobre todo, paseando. Una auténtica gozada pasear por toda la ciudad. El contraste de la ciudad, donde se aprecia lo antiguo y lo moderno, es realmente bonito. Totalmente aconsejable tanto el apartamento como la ciudad.

We were delighted during our stay in this apartment. It is very cozy, with contemporary furniture and a touch of antiques, with high ceilings and a balcony overlooking the Luis de Camoes Square. The apartment is well equipped if you want to cook but you don’t really need to since there are loads of restaurants to go in the area. The location is great, close to Bairro Alto neighborhood (less than 5mins walk) with plenty of bars and restaurants and situated in the neighborhood of Chiado itself, at 5 mins walk from the shopping district of Lisbon. The underground is close to the apartment (150m.) but you don’t really need to take it much since the apartment is very central. I do recommend this apartment to everybody who wants to spend a lovely stay in Lisbon. I do deeply recommend to everybody to visit also Sintra and Costa Caparica, more than 10km of fine sandy beach just at the other side of the 25 of April Bridge. Before I finish, I have to say that the Landlord, Mr. Gomes Costa, was very friendly and helpful with us. The day we arrived he was with us for 30 minutes explaining things to us and giving us helpful tips about Lisbon and the Lisbon Region. He was also of assistance explaining me things the days before my departure towards Lisbon. Thank you so much for everything.

We have spent one week in this wonderful apartment right in the center of Historic Lisbon. It is easy to reach from the airport by public transport or taxi. We found it very nice furnished and decorated. It’s a quiet, clean and safe place to stay. Finding all shops and restaurants for daily needs within some minutes walking is easy. All sites of interest are simply accessible from here. A five day pass gives you access to the inner city’s entire tram, metro and bus network. We are very happy to learn to know about Lisbon. For photography enthusiasts like us the city is a paradise.
